| italian version MOLINAeBIANCHI was established in 1955 by Carlo Bianchi and Giuseppe Molina and for more than forty years has been a leader in the production of pulling-over and lasting machine, realizing the complete shoe lasting through two production lines: the pulling-over lasting machines SINCRON and the heel-seat lasting machines MARK. The synergy born from commercial cooperation with BDF in Vigevano allows to extend the complete lasting line to the computerized and programmable roughing and cementing machines CD. This gives rise to a high specialization which makes MOLINAeBIANCHI a company well known all over the world for the reliability of its machines and the experience in the shoe pulling over and lasting. SINCRON and MARK offer a wide range of models and their versatility, which is their main characteristic, satisfies the different and variable needs of the market and of the production. Aim of MOLINAeBIANCHI's technology is to propose machines to automatize and simplify the pulling-over and lasting operations with the help of a programming simple for the user and in the respect of the shoe tradition. |

MOLINAeBIANCHI and the SINTESI Association MOLINAeBIANCHI S.p.A. has taken part in SINTESI Association (Innovative Systems for the Technology of the Italian shoe) since november 1997. The association is engaged to realize an automatized and integrated system for the shoes production. This is an ambitious project destined to modify the italian shoes productive system in the time, still bound to the manual conveyor.
MOLINAeBIANCHI S.p.A. is charged with the development of two modular prototypes to be inserted in the productive cycle: a pulling over module and a lasting module, controlled by one only operator. The modular and flexible pulling over module will group in one only family all the subfamilies which determine the working choice and will be integrable in the productive system through standarized interfaces. The lasting phase will be supported by an optical system for the positioning of the shoe toe able to guide and check the pincers movement for a correct upper centring and pulling, comparing the real upper position on the last with the virtual one defined during the projecting phase by the CAD 3D model-maker. Also the modular and flexible lasting module will group in one only family all the subfamilies which determine the working choice from completely cement to completely tacks working. It will be also connected by an automatic manipulator to the pulling over module which provides for the shoes load/unload. The search working will last three years and will finish at the end of 2000. |
